Mukul has 10+ years of experience working in the field of advanced analytics and pariticularly enjoys the synergistic blend of consumer psychology/consumer behavior with advanced analytics.

He has successfully developed sophisticated rules to catch fraud in PayPal transactions, used behavioral economics as a guiding principle to conduct numerous experiments aimed at understanding and influencing spending behavior of online shoppers, and currently provides analytic leadership to PayPal’s Latin American business.

Mukul provides consulting services to organizations interested in understanding consumer behavior through experimentation. He also teaches analytics workshops in the San Francisco on behalf of Aryng.

In the past he has worked for Knowledge Based Systems as Research Scientist procuring and driving research projects for the Department of Defense (DoD), NASA, and Airforce Research Labs. He has also worked at IBM TJ Watson Research Center doing supply chain research.

Mukul has a PhD in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Quality and Applied Statistics.
